Settlement Regulations

  1. Payment Terms

    • All payments for products or services must be made in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.

    • Payment must be received within 30 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise specified in the contract.

    • Late payments will incur a penalty fee of 1.5% of the total invoice amount per month.

  2. Methods of Payment

    • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, or other approved payment platforms.

    • Bank account details or payment instructions will be provided on the invoice.

    • Payments must be made in the currency specified on the invoice (e.g., USD, EUR).

  3. Dispute Resolution

    • In case of any disputes regarding payment, the buyer must notify the seller in writing within 15 days of receiving the invoice.

    • Both parties agree to resolve disputes amicably through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of [Country/State].

  4. Refunds and Chargebacks

    • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product or service, with proof of the issue.

    • If a chargeback is filed by the buyer without prior notification or resolution attempts, the buyer will be held liable for any costs incurred by the seller due to the chargeback.

  5. Currency Exchange and Taxes

    • Any applicable taxes (e.g., VAT, sales tax) will be included in the total amount on the invoice.

    • If currency exchange is required for payment, the exchange rate at the time of payment will apply.

  6. Adjustments to Settlement Terms

    • The seller reserves the right to modify settlement regulations at any time. Customers will be notified of changes via email or through written notice.

    • Any modifications to the payment terms will apply to future invoices unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  7. Non-Compliance and Default

    • Failure to comply with the settlement terms will result in the suspension of services or the withholding of future orders until the account is settled.

    • In cases of default, the buyer agrees to reimburse the seller for any legal or collection fees incurred.
